Crazuko/Tian

Tian wrapped her arms around herself and stared as the firebender boy briefly sheathed his swords in flame. When the swords extinguished, they were pristine, and he paired them and sheathed them over his back.

Then he twisted his head to look at her. His gold eyes glittered, and the burn scar stood out lurid red in the flames of the burning camp.

His smile was horrible.

"Hello," he called out, voice pleasant.

"H-hello." Tian straightened her shoulders and tried to make herself look presentable. The boy was dressed in Navy-armor, from the looks of it, and while he was a bit young, it fit him perfectly. So it had to be his, and besides, the Navy was always hunting down pirates.

"Who're you?" He asked, ghosting forward. "You're not a pirate. I saw you cut those ropes while I was fighting. Good job, by the way."

"Tian of Three Volcanoes Bay Island," she responded. She rattled off her lineage enough to place her as her grandfather's grand-daughter, knowing his name and status would be recognizable.

The boy nodded. "My name is Zuko."

She knew that name. "Prince Zuko."

She had no idea how she managed a formal bow in her state, battered and exhausted as she was. She almost didn't quite, but then the prince gripped her elbow to steady her.

His other hand cupped her chin, tilting her face up to him. "Pretty. Do you love me, Tian-chan?"

She blinked. "Of course. You saved me from those pirates."

His smile became less horrible. "Good. Let me make it better now."
