Well, depends on the 'Cons... I guess whoever assigns the quarters would be smart enough to put together Decepticons that at least marginally get along (like say, Skywarp and TC, the Constructicons or, as in this case, A-train and Blitzwing). Unless said quarters-assigning-person had it out for someone, then he would put the someone with Skywarp (or so) and wait for him to have an "accident"... *eg*
