Need a Distraction

Comment with a sentence from one of my fanfictions. Without looking, I have to try and guess which fic of mine the sentence is from. If I fail, the challenger wins a drabble request. Post this in your own journal and let me challenge you!

It's from "Free Will," which is told from the point of view of a viral binome. A story I really like, BTW.

Oh!

*just preens at Kim's praise*

What would you like as your forfeit?

The last time someone preened at me, it was my pet cockatiel.

Hmm... how about writing something that White Queen Hex should have done or should have happened to her, if she had been around longer?

Hmmm.... Will have to go dig up my episodes. *grins!*

The moment she laid eyes on him, she knew.

He was perfectly Bob. The way he moved, the way he spoke, the way he acted. Bob, Bob, Bob. The old Bob, the one she'd been attracted to. Not the one she'd fallen in love with, but the one Dot had fallen in love with.

Speaking of whom, the poor dear was starting to crack. Such a pity, but she so needed and wanted him, that Hexadecimal really didn't feel like telling her the truth. It'd just break her little green mask, and then where would everyone be?

Besides, that left the real Bob all for her.
