Not sure what capping out means, but I sure know what levelling up means: Sieges hit Level 8 last night, and she'd made it up to Level 7 the night before that: my little girl has been busy!

I think player characters can level up to 50, but there are some gang bosses that are lvl 65, so I'm wondering if the game devs are considering expanding player character levels at some point in time...

Hah! Plenty of monsters in DAoC are higher level than players can go. Just means you need a group of high levels to take them down.
