Give me an AU prompt, and I'll write you something of at least a hundred words. All AUs I've done before, except LaS, Assimilation, Flint, and DotM, can be requested. I might deny some prompts if they involve something plot-centric to the last part of "Bedrock".

Give a character name, then AU prompt. More details make me happy, though I can't promise I'll touch on everything in the prompt.

Three slots for everybody, five slots for dark_puck, spyridona, suzukiblu, and neldluva. Bonus slots are available if you request Zhao, Pakku, or Jeong Jeong.

Zei, steampunk AU

"Can you believe this?" Professor Zei grinned as he pawed through the books Chan hauled out of the library before the clanks started trying to kill them. "Look at this! These are the First Emperor's notes on how he made the Ba Sing Se clanks!"

Chan eyed the horizon. It was coming closer every minute, a smudge of sand that blotted out the sky. The wind was picking up, too. "We need to get back to the camp, professor."

"In a moment! Look! We can do so much with this, Chan! Especially with those Fire Nation war-clanks!"

Great, the boss was going sparky. "Pack it up, professor. Those Fire Nation clanks aren't out here!"

"No! We need more books!"

"... We're not going back into that library," Chan said warily. "Not until this storm passes."

Zei snarled, and Chan cold-cocked him before the sparkiness made the professor go and do something stupid like try to attack him.

He liked working for the man, he honestly did, but people with the spark really had no sense of survival.
