I'm not sure why I apologize to people anymore. No one appears to remember it when I do.

This is twice now that someone's asked for apologies that I've already given to them.

I'm sorry...

(That was to balance your books by giving you an apology that you hadn't actually asked for).

:D

*hugs and snuggles* Thank you.

I'm sorry I don't comment more often on your journal, but I am enjoying your Russian history posts a lot. Can't wait to see the novel you write.

Because just because they're wrong doesn't mean you shouldn't try to be right?

Yeah. *hugs* Thank you, Loon.

*hugs back.* Sorry you're running into this problem, though.

(Me, I just get amazed people can carry grudges for that long... they get too damned heavy for me.)

I don't know what to do about it. Her forgetting that I've apologized is making me too mad to talk to her right now, and I know she'll never talk to me on her own. If she was going to do that, she would have done so before now.

It's almost easier to just let things keep going the way they're going. It'll stop bothering me that she no longer talks to me after a while, and I won't have to deal with this kind of stuff again.

I get it, but then again it takes a looooong time for me to drop something sometimes. I'm getting better though.

I wonder if this is the 'she' I'm thinking we're talking about.

Asking for apologies is lame. If they're going to come, they'll come. If it's asked for, then there's the likelihood that they're insecere. Or the person really was a doofus and just completely forgot.

Also a tad off topic: I find the fact that your little squirmy emoticon looks like it's got a footprint on it to be quite fitting for the emotion.

I'm giving said person the benefit of the doubt and assuming they really did forget it. But it's still frustrating.

I do love my null icons.

Sometimes people feel like the first one wasn't sincere enough. Or that something else came up that needed apology. *shrugs*

Who was it this time?
