It is time to balance my meme karma, since I've been abusing both suzukiblu and banditjoeykuba's awesomeness lately.

So I will be writing anything Avatar, Transformers: Deadzone, or Transformers: Animated in the comments. Including any AU I've babbled at you about. Or any AU you can think of. Or anything involving my OCs. (I will only write other people's OCs with their permission, so you'll have to get their permission first and have them communicate it to me.)

Restrictions:
- Three requests per person, unless I tell you you can ask for more
- If you ask for "So-and-so is awesome", I am putting my iPod on shuffle and writing to whatever song comes up first

"I suppose you think this means you've won," said Starscream, his head resting on a shelf.

"Think?" Megatron rumbled, tone faintly curious. His optics were dimmed almost to darkness as the Decepticon leader lounged on his throne. "No, I do not think this means I've won at all." A pause as his mouth curled in a smirk. "I know it."

"Yet for all of your posturing, glorious Megatron, it was a human who produced your space-bridge. A HUMAN! IN A CAVE! WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS!"

"Do you ever shut up?" Megatron's optics brightened slowly.

"No!"

"Start."

"And why should I listen to you? I'm a head on a shelf! There isn't anything more you can do to me!"

Megatron slid his fingertips along his cannon. "I could deny you the body Shockwave has been so nicely building in his lab."

Starscream shut up.

"Better." Megatron's optics dimmed down almost to darkness again. The thrum of his systems filled the room, dark and powerful.

Silence reigned. Briefly.

"You never mentioned a body before," Starscream said suspiciously.

"Starscream, if you don't shut up by yourself, I will shut you up."

"Oh yes, bolt a cover over my mouth, why don't you? It's not as if I don't have a radio or anything like that."

Megatron brightened his optics and slanted a glance at the head of his ex-second-in-command. His hand trailed down his said and came to rest conspicuously on his hip. "I have other methods."

Starscream snorted. "I bite."

"Biters don't get bodies."

Starscream scowled and fell silent.

Megatron's optics dimmed again.

"Well?" Starscream demanded a few minutes later. "What are you waiting for? Let's get this indignity over with."

Megatron's optics brightened, and the tyrant looked distinctly annoyed. "If it's the only way to make you be quiet, Starscream..."

He picked up the head of his ex-second-in-command and cradled Starscream in the crook of his elbow. Gently, his fingertips played over the no-longer-jet's head-vents, making Starscream's optics dim and the Allspark shard in his head flicker.

Starscream purred as Megatron continued to pet him, silent as grey fingers pressed and stroked metal that had gone too long untouched.

"Better," Megatron said softly.

I love this - it's so much them, with that strange love-hate relationship they have. Or mostly hate, and Megatron may only be pretending that Shockwave's building Starscream a new body but you can't quite be sure it's not just true. Though admittedly TF:A's is the most intolerant-of-Starscream version of Megatron I think there is.
