I've tipped into a manic phase right now, which means I can't concentrate for beans on long stuff. But I can do LOTS of memes! :D

You will note the lack of letters. This is because I don't feel like doing AUs in this one. Or at least not being limited in which AU I write. Maybe the next one.

A cold blue light filled the room, shining from a fist-sized sapphire hanging from the ceiling. Torches along the walls cast weak, flickering shadows. Piandao almost thought the shadows were connected to nothing, but they were too pale to see easily.

He wasn't here for shadows, anyway.

"Cross the room, he says," Bumi muttered, eyes on the blue gem. "No, let's tiptoe around. I'll make a path!"

"It will alert them," Iroh hissed.

"They already know we're here," Jeong Jeong growled. "Stealth is wasted, but 'bending strength should not be. Come."

He strode into the room, and Piandao tensed. His friend wasn't usually this foolhardy, but he had been a wildfire since they found- Since they had found it. Even moreso than Pakku; the waterbending master had frozen over, and death walked in both of their shadows.

Nothing happened to Jeong Jeong, so Piandao followed because someone had to, and the others followed him. He heard a startled gasp behind him, turned with his sword already sliding out of its scabbard, saw-

Iroh with red scales and long whiskers, a crest replacing his hair, eyes a reptilian yellow rather than the warm amber Piandao knew them to be. Smoke drifted from his mouth, and bloody claws tipped his fingers.

A man of flawed diamond, stellated with cracks, cloudy-opaque in some places and startlingly clear in others stood in Bumi's place. Something in the cracks disturbed Piandao, and he flinched when he recognized how many of them were filled with dried blood.

Pakku stood emaciated, skin blackened and pulled tight over bones, mummified by cold. Ice eyes looked at Piandao, and then the waterbending master stepped forward. Ice crackled horribly, and little bits of it slid out of cuts in the blackened skin to shatter on the floor. Blood would spill just like that from those wounds, Piandao thought vaguely.

"What are you four-?" Jeong Jeong broke off with an oath, and Piandao turned towards his friend.

Flames danced in Jeong Jeong eye-sockets, and there was a hole in his cheek. The edges were blackened and burned, and Piandao could see more fire inside. Jeong Jeong raised his hand, and Piandao saw his entire palm was burned away, and the skin of his fingers flickered oddly, flickering like there was fire behind it and lighting it from within.

Fire is beautiful.

Jeong Jeong cannot believe he ever forgot that. He cannot believe he once hated the crackling lick of fire, detested the smell of smoke and burning, loathed the sight of flames dancing. How had he gone so wrong? How had either of them gone so wrong?

Piandao smiles now, though, and his hands tangle in Jeong Jeong's hair. Dampness rubs off against the ashen strands, and Jeong Jeong knows they're being painted in blood.

His lover does love to kill. So much.

Jeong Jeong just wants things to feed to the fire.

'Cause I love memes, and I'm on a major DragonballZ kick right now. Major, major. There might be some Gohan/Piccolo snuggles later.

For now, though, I want to work on an Avatar-DBZ fusion'verse. Because it's fun, and Piandao and Sokka make an adorable Piccolo and Gohan. You know this to be true for a fact. YOU KNOW IT. In your heart of hearts.

So! Things to know about this 'verse: I haven't fusioned everything. Frieza is Frieza. Cell is Cell. Doctor Gero is Doctor Gero.

On the other hand, a lot of the main good guys have been fusioned. Son Hakoda! Prince Ozai! Mirai Zuko!

Rules are simple:
- I know what most of the main characters furion with, so please don't make requests of Avatar characters fusioned with DBZ characters. Ask for situations from DBZ canon, please. (Though I'd prefer to avoid anything after the Cell Games.)
- Or, you know, ask for Avatar characters and give me a lyric/mood/kumquat prompt. Don't ask for pairings, though. I'm sticking to canon DBZ ones for the fusion.
- Two requests per person, unless you're Spyri, Rin, and Pux

I love nagas. I love nagas a lot. (Actually, I like all kinds of human-animal hybrids, as my mermaid, octomaid, selkie, drider, and scorpionman obsessions attest. HOWEVER. Today we are concentratining on nagas.)

This is an Avatar'verse AU where the Firefolk are nagas. For people who need references to what nagas are, I direct you here and here. Yes, the Firefolk are going to be that big 'cause I love massive long snake-coils.

Known Facts of the AU
- Most Firefolk are constrictors. Some are rattlesnakes. The royals are constrictors, though.
- Firefolk are the only nagas in the 'verse, and they don't cross-breed with non-Firefolk. They're just incompatible with humans.
- They still 'bend. They also possess some limited illusion abilities.
- Nagas generally don't have sex. They cuddleslut, but sex pretty much always results in children. So cuddleslutting. A lot. It's also really difficult for them to have sex with humans, but some of them might be willing to try.

So! Ask for as many requests as you want. I only guarantee I'll fill out one, and I guarantee I won't fill out more than that if you don't comment on that initial one. I will not fill out requests for Person Who is Dead During Canon/Person Who is Alive During Canon, unless it's like Gyatso/Bumi or some other pairing that could conceivably have met while alive. (Exception: Sozin/Song. 'Cause.)

Because I have the crazy, and someone said something to set me off. I am still planning to finish the Crazuko Meme, it's just on hold while I deal with new job/Christmas exchanges.
