"The Master Builders"

- Hate Powerglide. So much.

- Spike: "Wow. That tower's so big, the top is in a different time zone than the bottom."

Spike, honey, come over here so I can slap you.

- They've got laser headlights! That's so frickin' nifty!

- Am I the only one who thought Hook was coming on to Grapple during that scene where Grapple was explaining that the panel 'problem' was not a bug, but a feature? (Similarily, am I the only one who thinks Hoist/Grapple is oh-so OTP?)

- Autobots playing basketball. Huh. Also, please stop abusing the terminology, Optimus. I could maybe understand your translation software having problems with homonyms, except it never has before.

- Hoist is teh kewl. He actually tries to kill a known enemy when said person does something as silly as get into range!

- Bonecrusher got speaking lines! Is yay!

- Long Haul! *would squeezle the dump truck but doesn't think he'd appreciate it*

- Megatron: "Then we must give him my most precious possession."

Scrapper: "Why would he want Starscream, sir?"

- So, now the Constructicons have the plans for a 'whopper solar power tower' in their heads. Do they ever use them and, you know, build more for future use? No! Because they're Transformers, and Transformers never do the same thing twice!

I need a poster about how Cybertronians seem to be against mass production.

- Parents theorized that the Constructicons were doing this in order to learn some new techniques from Grapple.

"Blaster Blues"

- Cosmos is Peter Lorre as a Transformer.

- So, if Blaster hadn't dropped into Megatron's hands, would Soundwave found himself wired into the moon base for a few days?

- Astrotrain! He's actually semi-competent!

- Megatron: "Give us all of your energy, and we'll return your air-waves!"

Megs, honey, we don't need the airwaves if we don't have the electricity to use them with.

- Spike, Carly, why did you strap the emergency rocket packs to Powerglide? Why didn't you use them yourselves?


A few brief thoughts from watching various episodes in part two of Season Two:

- The triple-changers are fucking nuts. (Astrotrain, specifically, is a megalomaniac. Blitzy probably is, too, come to think of it.)

- Megatron gives the best baby presents. The Stuntis got a whole planet!

- For some reason, Megatron puts up with the Stunticons telling him to shove off when they don't want to obey him.
