It is time to balance my meme karma, since I've been abusing both

banditjoeykuba's awesomeness lately.

So I will be writing anything Avatar, Transformers: Deadzone, or Transformers: Animated in the comments. Including any AU I've babbled at you about. Or any AU you can think of. Or anything involving my OCs. (I will only write other people's OCs with their permission, so you'll have to get their permission first and have them communicate it to me.)

Restrictions:
- Three requests per person, unless I tell you you can ask for more
- If you ask for "So-and-so is awesome", I am putting my iPod on shuffle and writing to whatever song comes up first

Genderswap is interesting. I just wind up tripping over names. Also, -ko being a feminine thingy in Japanese names, I decided to just leave Zuko's name alone. (Man, you have no idea how much I want to drop Hakoda and Ozai in the Spring of Drowned Girl.)

I always have to change the names, it tends to annoy me when they aren't (except Jet's, because Jet's name is SUPPOSED to be unusual and not really genderspecific anyway, and obviously Lee's gender-neutral). Personal taste and all. Also it's fun to think about what the names COULD be and try to figure them out from other names in the show. (That would be AWESOME. And slightly creepy, since it's "Girl" and not "Woman". >>)

Honestly, if I changed too many people's names, Zuko's younger brother would be Azulon. (Also, Mao is STUCK IN MY HEAD. The mental image of him with that kukri, and argh, need artistic abilities!)

Well, the Spring of Drowned Girl body is pretty athletic too. Ranma does do a lot of whacko martial arts in it. So I stand corrected about FN beauty standards.

I have never figured out if Ranko is an actual female version of Ranma or if she's a copy of the original Drowned Girl. On the other hand, Shampoo's cat-form has purple fur, which I do not think cats normally come in, even in anime-land.

So maybe Ozai looks like Azula.
