Thumbnails don't work that way!
Dec. 27th, 2006 02:30 pmLJ Team, you're supposed to be more Internet-savvy than this. You're supposed to know that you don't make a thumbnail by putting the full-size picture on the page and using the code to force it into a smaller size. If you do it that way, the people accessing that page still download the picture as if it was full-size, they just get to view it smaller. This completely removes the point of making a thumbnail in the first place.
Make a seperate, smaller image if you want a thumbnail.
This kvetch brought on by using my grandmother's dial-up and being highly annoyed at people who are making it more difficult than it has to be.

You know, if I didn't have to pay to have my null mood icons on Livejournal, I'd seriously consider moving over to here.
However, between my vast user picture collection that I paid for and my null mood icons that I got for free, Deadjournal is my home and temple.
Worship me, foolish mortals!
