[Me]: Hahn is angry about being cheated of his marriage to Yue four years ago. He goes to Cheif Arnook to demand marriage to another Water Tribe Princess: Katara. -- Hahn is too DEAD to do that. DEAD.

[Me]: ... That would actually be pretty damn cool.
[Luna]: With the added excitement of him trying to eat Katara'a brains.

I really, really strongly dislike Hahn of the Northern Water Tribe. (Siege of the North, Yue's betrothed. The jackweed who can't get Zhao's name right.)

... I am not entirely sure why. Well, I mean, I know why - jackweed, dick about Yue, can't get Zhao's name right. But in comparison to some of the other characters I love on the show, he's a shining light of decency.

First of all, there's Zhao himself. Arrogant drama queen with no self-control. Not even all that good-looking, though he's certainly not painful on the eyes. Mean to Zuko. But I love him.

Long Feng. Arrogant mastermind who holds the Earth Kingdom in his thrall. Actually the most good of the three villains - while he's certainly power-hungry, he also genuinely seems to be trying to protect Ba Sing Se. He's just completely amoral about it. I love him, too.

... Ozai. Who goes beyond arrogant and beyond asshole in ways that are indescribable. Seriously, if I can love Ozai in all of his glorious bastardity, why do I hate Hahn?
